We are looking for co-trainers (m/f/d) for SLE TRAINING

To support the implementation of our international training courses, we are looking for interested co-trainers. The respective persons selected will receive a fee contract for the duration of the online training course + one preparation day::

The Centre for Rural Development (SLE) has been active for 60 years in International Cooperation for sustainable development. Our offer includes a postgraduate study programme, training courses for international professionals, impact-oriented research and consultancy for development organizations and universities.

To support the implementation of our international training courses, we are looking for interested co-trainers. The respective persons selected will receive a fee contract for the duration of the online training course + one preparation day:

25.-29.04. 2022:                Facilitation Skills and Moderation

02.-06.05. 2022:                Management of Development Projects

16.-20.05. 2022:                Conflict Management and Conflict Transformation

29.08.-02.09. 2022:          Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change
                                            Adaptation Mainstreaming

05.-09.09. 2022:               Management of Development Projects

25.10.-28.10. 2022:           Participatory Methods for Workshops and Meetings

07.-11.11. 2022:                  Facilitation Skills and Moderation

The training courses take place via "Zoom" when a minimum number of participants is reached. More information about the training courses: www.sle-berlin.de/en/training


Tasks

  • Didactic and technical support of the trainers
  • Management of the teaching materials (upload to a file storage system of the university)
  • Contact person for participants' concerns during the training course
  • Support with regard tot he quality management of the course (evaluations, feedback)
Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection during the training course
  • Demonstrated facilitation experience of Zoom meetings (e.g., manage breakout groups using host role)
  • Familiarity with/ willingness to learn basic skills regarding other virtual training tools, esp. Mural, required
  • Fluency in English, strong communication skills and organizational skills
  • High level of team competence and ability to work independently
  • Experience in handling international participants of trainings/ workshops as well as a relation to the topics of the training courses would be an advantage

  • Fee: 20-25 Euro/hour
