The Centre for Rural Development

The Centre for Rural Development (Seminar für Ländliche Entwicklung, SLE) has been engaged in international cooperation for almost sixty years. It offers services that range from a graduate study programme and advanced training courses for international specialists in Berlin to practice-oriented research and advisory services to development organisations and universities. With its wealth of experience and close links with the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, SLE guarantees academically sound concepts and methods, empirically saturated analyses, and practice-oriented tools and consultancy products.
