They aim to support local communities, enhance livelihoods, and inform strategies for sustainable agricultural practices. <\/p><p data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"1149\">As Team Leader, you will guide an international, interdisciplinary team of Young Professionals throughout all phases of the project-from research design and field implementation to analysis, documentation, and dissemination.
