Ziel ist es, ihr Wissen zu erweitern, ihre analytischen F\u00e4higkeiten zu st\u00e4rken und Widerspr\u00fcche sowie Spannungsfelder dieses Berufsfeldes kennenzulernen. <\/span><\/p><p><b>Modul 2: Kommunikation, Teamarbeit und Arbeitstechniken <\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communication and teamwork are central to SLE training. Participants develop their skills for working in international teams and understand intercultural cooperation.  Sie setzen ihre Pers\u00f6nlichkeit und Kompetenzen im Berufsfeldes ein, reflektieren ihre Privilegien und st\u00e4rken ihre Frustrationstoleranz sowie Konfliktl\u00f6sungsf\u00e4higkeiten. <\/span><\/p><p><b>Modul 3: Managementmethoden f\u00fcr die Internationale Zusammenarbeit <\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A wide range of management tools are used in the professional field of international cooperation (IC). The SLE teaches the most important methods and particularly emphasizes the discussion on impact orientation and its practical implementation. In addition to international standards such as the Logical Framework, the challenges of complex cooperation projects in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects are also addressed.  <\/span><\/p><p><b>Module 4: Professional field of international cooperation <\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The SLE prepares participants specifically for the professional field of international cooperation by promoting individual skills and introducing thematic fields of work and international cooperation organizations. Accompanying coaching provides support with orientation and job applications.
