Astari Dharma is the project manager for the RYCAM project. She is an experienced consultant with expertise in sustainable agricultural and food systems as well as in climate change mitigation. She has devoted most of her career to international cooperation, specializing in the transformation of sustainable agricultural and food value chains and the promotion of climate-friendly agriculture. She has been particularly active in South and Southeast Asia as well as in West Africa, working alongside international organizations such as GIZ and UNEP.
Astari holds a master’s degree in International Food Business from the University of Kassel. Throughout her career, she has made it her goal to create more sustainable agricultural and food systems in order to promote better and more equitable living conditions worldwide.
